Garden Landscaping & Patios across the West Midlands

A garden is the easiest room in the house to transform — and the one most people put off the longest. We design and build the lot: porcelain and Indian sandstone patios, raised sleeper beds, artificial grass, gravel borders, steps and garden lighting. From a tired square of lawn to a finished entertaining space, one crew, start to finish.

What's included

  • Porcelain, Indian sandstone and natural stone patios laid on a proper sub-base
  • Railway sleeper retaining walls, raised beds and stepped levels
  • Artificial grass — low-maintenance and pet-friendly
  • Decorative gravel, slate and bark borders
  • Drainage, edging, paths and garden steps
  • Outdoor lighting and power for the finishing touch

How it works

  1. 1

Free site visit — we measure up, talk through the look you're after and check levels and drainage.

  2. 2

A clear written quote with materials specified, so you know exactly what you're getting.

  3. 3

Groundworks and sub-base — the part cowboys skip and the reason patios sink. We don't.

  4. 4

Laying, pointing and finishing, then a full clean-down before we hand it back.

Why choose Revive

Most patio failures come down to a rushed or non-existent sub-base. We build the foundation properly — excavated, hardcore, compacted and laid to fall — so your patio still looks dead level in ten years. Twenty years of Black Country gardens means we know what survives our weather and our clay soil.

LandscapingFAQs

How much does a new patio cost?

A typical porcelain patio runs from around £2,800 for a small garden up to £7,000+ for a larger space, depending on the stone, the groundworks and access. We give a fixed written quote after a free site visit — see our porcelain patio cost guide for the full breakdown.

Do you do the groundworks too, or just the laying?

Everything. Excavation, hardcore sub-base, drainage, edging and the finished surface — all by the same crew. You never end up chasing a separate groundworker.

How long does a patio take to lay?

Most domestic patios are done in 3-7 days depending on size and access. Bigger landscaping schemes with steps, beds and lighting run a couple of weeks. We'll give you a realistic timescale up front.
