How much does a full house renovation cost?
It varies enormously with the size of the property and the spec, so a full renovation is always quoted after a detailed site visit. We break the quote down room by room so you can see exactly where the budget goes and adjust the spec if you need to.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Sometimes, depending on the scope — a phased renovation can keep part of the house liveable. For bigger jobs it's often easier and faster to have it empty. We'll give you honest advice on what makes sense for your project.
